Shaping Corporate Learning: Leading UX/UI and CX Design for MentorTalk's Innovative LMS

As the UX/UI designer and CX manager for MentorTalk, a cutting-edge Learning Management System (LMS) tailored specifically for the corporate sector, my role was instrumental in shaping a platform that bridges the gap between professional development and corporate education. My responsibilities encompassed the end-to-end design process, from initial prototyping to the final design of the website, ensuring that the interface was not only intuitive but also engaging for corporate users. By conducting extensive user research and persona development, I was able to identify the unique needs and challenges faced by corporate workers in pursuing educational advancement. This insight drove the design of a user-centric platform that facilitated easy access to a wide array of educational materials, streamlined learning pathways, and promoted an interactive learning environment, thereby enhancing the overall learning experience for corporate employees.
